I carried a secret for 10 years.

A trauma I experienced as a child that I was convinced would destroy me if anyone knew.
So I hid it. Buried it. Built walls no one could break through.
And those walls nearly killed me.

The truth is, what we don't heal, we carry.

And I was carrying something so heavy, I didn't think I'd ever be free from it.
Until one summer night, sitting around a dinner table with friends, someone shared their story.
And it was my story too.
That moment changed everything.
It cracked the wall. It gave me permission to speak. And it set me on a path toward healing that I'm still walking today.

Here's what I've learned:

Healing isn't about "getting over it."
It's about restoring what was taken from you - your confidence, your willpower, your autonomy.
And it happens through three systems:
→ Release: Getting trauma out of your body and calming your nervous system
→ Replace: Identifying limiting beliefs and replacing them with truth
→ Rebuild: Taking brave action that rewrites your story

Who I am:

I'm a husband, a dad, and a healing coach for men with PTSD and CPTSD.
I went from working construction at $11/hour to landing a role at Google - not because I had it all figured out, but because I was willing to do the internal work.
I've been in therapy on and off for 6 years. I've done the deep healing work. I've rebuilt my life from the ground up.
And now? I help other men do the same.

What I believe:

You are not defined by what happened to you.
You don't have to carry this alone.
Vulnerability isn't weakness - it's a superpower.
And healing is possible. Not just "managing" your trauma, but actually breaking free from it.
