Worked as part of a team to delineate wetlands in high-risk public safety areas in the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. In areas affected by Mountain Pine Beetle infestations we were charged with delineating wetlands in areas where hazardous tree removals were to take place. We used GPS receivers to record locations of high priority zones, managed this data through the use of ArcGIS software.

Biological Sciences Technician

I Worked as a member of a team collecting data on the status of wild salmon fisheries in Southeast Alaska. My duties included: conducting adult fish counts, trapping juvenile salmon, measuring and recording characteristics of juvenile fishes, in-stream habitat surveys, stream substrate analysis, and coarse woody debris counts. Completion of duties required long hikes and many physical challenges. In charge of documenting progress on the Harris River Restoration project, a large in-stream bank stabilization project.

In the experiential space, I have collaborated with over 40 partners on a wide range of events, from private and intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals. My management has varied and included supporting early stages with strategy, budget building, and programming plans, managing on-site production and event execution, overseeing hospitality and show calling, and handling the reconciliation phase to compile all reporting metrics, final spends, and overall results. Leveraging my extensive network, I support all verticals—creative, strategy, production, and project management—to ensure successful and impactful events.

Within the Influencer space I work on both sides of the coin and have a track record of over 250+ partners. Talent facing, I manage a roster of talent directly to support their brand partnerships, media outlet strategies, appearances, and owned IP. Brand facing I provide execution based services that support influencer campaigns and experiences. I. execute both full service strategies that include strategy, budget, and concepting phases or solely the campaign/event execution once creators are selected. 

The retail space holds a special place in my heart as it is where I got my corporate start. Using experience from my time as a Director of Retail, I support brands when they are making decisions both big and small: Expansion Analysis on where to open, when, and the operations to help a multi-store landscape seamless, Product and Buying Strategies and how to evolve your inventory throughout the seasons, and Visual Merchandising Development to partner with your inventory plans so that your space always feels clean, fresh, and inspiring to your consumers.

At Shine Talent Group, I managed a roster of 10 exclusive creators and over 40 creators agency-wide. I  contributed to agency growth by consistently casting new talent across all verticals and sourcing new brands for retainer-based work. For those retainer clients, I managed their projects from start to finish, including strategy and KPI development, budget building, creator casting, and program execution, complete with comprehensive reporting analysis. My role also involved developing opportunities for agency-owned IP and supporting the development of internal structural efficiencies, and support in the overall marketing and PR department to increase visibility on our work.

As the leader of Sugar Paper's retail sales channel, I was committed to growing their overall revenue by the expansion of brick and mortar retail locations. Starting with a store just outside of their comfort zone, I used it to develop finely tuned strategies and processes in order to roll out a seamless expansion with EBITDA in mind.

-Developed new store pipeline strategies for retail expansion based on internal data from wholesale accounts, online sales, and existing stores. 
- Developed visual merchandising cadences for  multi-store platforms complete with directives, schedules, and distribution plans, and toolkits. Developed an OTB in partnership with finance to ensure a seamless cashflow for replenishment of all stores. 
- Created overall buying strategies in partnership with the CEO, curating products that speak to our target market and align with our brand. Reliance was placed heavily on both COGS and received ratios to monitor a rolling OTB budget supported by data rather than inventory seasons.  A
- Analyzed the overall business by sales, traffic, and inventory movement to develop strategies to drive the bottom line, with a healthy EBITDA being the through line to support additional expansion.
- Developed framework for all internal operations such as store to store reporting, store to corporate reporting, and softwares to support a fully digital landscape between all entities. 
- Partnered with other colleagues to build out staffing grids, store level payment structures, training guides, overall brand guides, and other supporting elements to ensure all staff had the resources they needed in order to be successful. Continuous market research to attend markets, stayed in tune with up and coming designers, etc.

•	Managing a team of 36 with trending sales of 3.7m YTD, a comp increase of +11% against LY.
•	Placing proposed purchase orders to supplement product lines as well as introduce new regional merchandise. Always ensuring our products are competitive and of the same quality as our brand.

•	Utilizing open-to-buy to manage inventory pre-season as well as mid-season for replenishment.

•	Managing a team of 10 with trending sales of  2.4 million YTD, a comp increase of +4% against LY.
•	Maintaining a program for community engagement to discover local merchandise, new vendors, and strong ties to local charities. 
•	Streamlining operations to solidify branding across all stores and implement procedures and standards for training, point of sale, as well as visual merchandising.

Assistant Manager

•	Visually merchandising inventory in our flagship store to build visual and creative prototypes for company-wide distribution.
•	Assisted in developing product line cadence throughout each quarter.
•	Boosting internal daily operations concerning purchase order replenishment for visual prototypes. 
•	Placing proposed purchase orders to maintain levels of inventory pertinent to sales trends.

Visual Merchandising

•	Processing and vouching wholesale shipments and taking initiative in visual merchandising changes.
•	Working to boost local marketing efforts as well as partnering with local vendors special projects. 
•	Inventory management through monitoring of levels using retail based software. This includes transfers to store and shipments to customers for e-commerce fulfillment.

•	Working with key and wholesale account managers to facilitate all wholesale purchase orders in cooperation with production teams. Creating and fulfilling 25+ purchase orders daily.
