Sometimes growth isn’t about changing the situation.  It’s about changing the lens.

In leadership (and in life), the stories we tell ourselves about what’s happening shape how we show up.

“I failed” can become “I learned.”
“This is hard” can become “This is growth.”
“I don’t know yet” can become “I’m getting clearer.”

Reframing doesn’t erase the challenge.  It gives you a way to meet it with intention rather than in reaction.
