As Chief Business Officer, my primary responsibilities include driving overall business growth, expanding market presence, executive sales, and cultivating strategic partnerships. I am tasked with identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, and exploring untapped markets to ensure sustained success for the organization. 

Collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and General Managers, my role involves shaping the future of the company's AI and software divisions. In essence, I lead efforts to maximize revenue, enhance market competitiveness, and foster innovation across various business functions.

We work with over 130 clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and provide flexible team structures, management, and pricing. We are a global team, with a presence in multiple time zones and markets. I am passionate about creating a positive impact through technology and empowering our clients and partners to grow and succeed.

With my direct support in business development and growth, DAC.digital has achieved significant milestones, including:

> Growing the company from 25 to over 130 people.
> Securing two consecutive SoDA awards (2022 and 2023) for the fastest growing Polish digital agency.
> Being recognized in the Financial Times 1000 ranking of the fastest growing European companies in 2023 and 2024.
> Achieving inclusion in the Deloitte Fast 50 Central Europe ranking in 2023 and 2024.

Since 2008 I've supported a number of software, digital and related IT companies in Europe, USA and Canada and helped creating over 1000 STEM-related jobs (software, engineering, AI); two out of those companies (SMT Software and JCommerce) were acquired by other global industry players due to the high potential and expertise I helped to achieve. I’ve acted as Business Manager, Lead Sales Manager, Line Manager, VP Operations or Head of Growth always pursuing for better efficiency, process improvement and team cooperation. 

I helped a number of global companies, including Credit Suisse, Creditsafe or Bystronic Laser, establishing their software engineering presence in Poland with dedicated software competence centers provided by local and central governments support, including financial incentives.
