I've recently made the plunge into entrepreneurship. 

I am a builder, I like to take processes and people - continuously make them better. Over my career, I have seen many inefficiencies in how our talent ecosystem works - so I'm setting out to build something that will help make it better and more efficient, More to come.

I've built my career at Clutch growing my responsibilities alongside the growth of the company. My passion has always been business efficiency and scaling. I've built and led most  business departments but it brings me joy to develop operational, revenue, and customer experience organizations.

I was part of the early team at Clutch.co which led to leading many different departments of an online marketplace, building an in-depth knowledge and expertise in operations, strategy, marketing, business development, sales, value creation, outsourcing, and customer service.
