I am a culturally-engaged creative leader in strategic foresight and innovation, with 20 years’ experience in building and leading multi-disciplinary research, design and strategy teams focused on the future. 

I help global organisations keep pace with our changing global landscape, working closely with senior stakeholders to inspire and empower new solutions and future-facing strategies. 

I have run complex, large-scale, international projects for global clients, comprising multiple teams and external innovation partners. I am skilled at bringing people together across disciplines to create the right team to fit each client brief, using a range of methodologies including quant and qual research, scenario planning, data analysis, and more.  

My work in strategic foresight also extends to education. I conceptualised the Global Trend Forecasting Curriculum for New York’s Parsons School of Design, and I’m an associate lecturer at University of the Arts London and Hyper Island.
