In this customer-facing role, I served as a trusted adviser for multinational enterprises in a variety of industries including Diversified Industrials, Financial Services, Food, Drink & Consumer Goods, and Healthcare. I managed a portfolio of 10+ accounts, and exceeded my annual revenue targets by 200%+ for 3 consecutive years (top revenue producer for 2 of 3 years). My customers were CXO/VP/Director level executives, and this role required that I translate complicated tax issues into operational considerations to help my customers make trade-offs between risk, tax savings, and long term sustainability.

Number 27 hire at Series A funded two-sided marketplace technology start-up. Responsible for the build out of the supply side department. Paro is an accounting and finance marketplace for virtual talent. The supply team handles all things related to freelancers including sourcing, vetting, onboarding, retention, marketing, and analytics.
•	Develop, manage, and foster growth for supply team and more broadly across the organization
•	Calculate, determine, refine and report out all supply side metrics for board materials and fundraising
•	Work cross-functionally to improve processes and user experience with product, sales, account management, marketing, and engineering
•	Work autonomously to own all aspects of the supply side marketplace and create and lead strategic initiatives  
•	Onboarded 5x number of freelancers into the Paro network from join date
•	Increased number of six figure earning freelancers by 15x over the last two years
•	Educate broader accounting/finance population of Paro’s innovative platform through outreach and marketing 
•      Uses tools such as Looker, Mailchimp, Zendesk, Excel, Google suite on a regular basis
