As the Co-CTO at Acercando Naciones, a news web app backed by a Non-Profit organization, I played a crucial role in redeveloping the platform using React and Next.js, with WordPress as the backend. 

My efforts in implementing technical and on-page SEO strategies were instrumental in increasing our monthly active users from 100 to 20,000. 

Working closely with our team, I ensured the seamless integration and deployment of new features, enhancing both the performance and reach of our platform.

Me especializo en Finanzas porque me encantan los números y el análisis de datos, pero tengo un perfil multifacético, que me permite asumir diferentes roles dentro de las organizaciones. Mis mayores fortalezas son la adaptabilidad, la autogestión y la comunicación eficaz. 

Algunas cuestiones personales: nací en Nueva York pero crecí en un ámbito multicultural pues mi familia viene de Argentina. Una parte de mis estudios los completé en California, así que hablo Inglés nativo. Soy Lic. en Administración, orgullosamente egresada de la UNLP, la segunda universidad más prestigiosa de Argentina. Completé una Maestría en Economía y Gestión de la Salud en la Universidad ISalud y estoy en proceso de elaborar la tesis. 

Tengo experiencia trabajando tanto en el ámbito público como privado; estuve en varias industrias diferentes: Mercado de Capitales, Salud, Life Sciences, IT y Biotech, evolucionando desde analista a manager. 

Mis habilidades en comunicación y ventas las empecé a entrenar durante la reestructuración de deuda de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (U$S 2.7 Bn), en los diálogos que mantuve con los tenedores de bonos. Me ocupé de la comunicación estratégica en empresas, diseñando y elaborando el contenido para productos comunicacionales como Investor decks, brochure institucionales, presentaciones, etc. que sirvieron de base para procesos de fundraising y rondas de negocios. 

Mi motivación es estar en continuo aprendizaje, encontrando desafíos que contribuyan a mi crecimiento, mientras voy acompañando y facilitando los procesos dentro de las organizaciones.
