As the Co-CTO at Acercando Naciones, a news web app backed by a Non-Profit organization, I played a crucial role in redeveloping the platform using React and Next.js, with WordPress as the backend. 

My efforts in implementing technical and on-page SEO strategies were instrumental in increasing our monthly active users from 100 to 20,000. 

Working closely with our team, I ensured the seamless integration and deployment of new features, enhancing both the performance and reach of our platform.

Early in his career, Jonatan made significant contributions to projects for major companies like A24, Diario Uno, La Capital, SURA Seguros, Banco Galicia and Ank establishing his reputation as a visionary leader.

Jonatan is also deeply committed to the open-source community. He actively contributes to various projects, developing and maintaining libraries that support the wider developer ecosystem.

Driven by a desire to create impactful digital solutions, Jonatan co-founded BlackBox Vision with Manuel Tuero. Together, they built a company known for its creativity and human-centric design around digital products.

1. Successful end-to-end implementation of the Compatibility Table, resulting in an increase in GMV. This functionality allows users to identify which other products are compatible with the offered one.

2. Implementation of a new functionality for product price differentiation between Mercado Shops (online stores) and Mercado Libre.

3. I participated in the design phase, and was in charge of the subsequent setup of the new Proximity project from the Supply Team:
    - Development from scratch of the new frontend app skeleton, incorporating the new libraries and best practices defined by the org architects.
    - Development of the app component library based on the new UX designs and the most recent technology stack, also incorporating Typescript for the first time on this type of project.
    - Documentation and training for the project developers.

4. Mentoring: talks about React Testing Library, encapsulation and aspects of the business for new entrants. Active participation in code reviews, team building and continuous feedback with peers.

I joined the Supply Team as a Frontend Developer, to help build new features and tools to improve the sellers' experience. Among the tasks I’ve done under this role I can mention:

1. Added support to the existing application for the different pricing schemes and regulations of the different LatAm countries.

2. Development and improvements in the UI components of the team's libraries and also Core.
Versioning and deployment of new releases to production.

3. Emails layout and massive communication campaigns.

4. Bugfixing, bug management and other maintenance tasks.

5. On-call: monitoring through Opsgenie, root cause analysis using Datadog, Kibana and New Relic.
