Todos hablan de IA. Pero la disrupción más grande está ocurriendo en un lugar mucho menos sexy: la plomería del sistema financiero.

La infraestructura financiera global está mutando más rápido que la narrativa tecnológica.

Y lo interesante es que esta vez no lo impulsa el hype. 

Lo impulsa el dinero institucional: 

1. Blockchain maduró en silencio.
En solo 5 años pasó de experimento a infraestructura seria en banca y finanzas.

Los grandes fondos y bancos —BlackRock, JP Morgan, Fidelity— ya no están “probando”.

Están escalando.

¿Por qué?

Porque ya validaron el ROI: menos riesgo, menos fricción, nuevas formas de tesorería, liquidación casi instantánea e interoperabilidad futura

2. Larry Fink (BlackRock) lo dijo sin rodeos:
“La IA acapara los titulares… pero la verdadera transformación ocurre en la infraestructura que mueve trillions por día.”

Y al mismo tiempo advierte las trabas actuales: 

- Regulaciones fragmentadas
- Sistemas legacy
- Falta de estandarización 
- Interoperabilidad limitada

3. ¿La señal más fuerte? El M&A explotó.

$18.2B+ en acuerdos en 2025 y 235 adquisiciones (YTD). 6.5x crecimiento vs. 2024.

Gigantes como Coinbase, Stripe, Kraken y Robinhood comprando infraestructura.

¿Y la IA?

La barrera de la IA ya no es tecnológica. 

Es humana. Organizacional. Cultural.

Los modelos avanzan y los chips se optimizan.

Pero las empresas siguen frenadas por: estructuras rígidas,
procesos que no cambian, sesgos de incertidumbre y miedo a alterar lo que funciona “más o menos”

La IA no escala donde la organización no puede sostener el cambio.

Blockchain, en cambio, acelera porque su obstáculo es infraestructura, no adopción del usuario final.

El mercado pone su atención donde hay ruido. Pero la transformación que realmente redefine valor ocurre en silencio, abajo, en las tuberías que mueven la economía global.

🇦🇷 Argentina no es sólo pionera en talento y creación de empresas con tecnología blockchain en banca/finanzas, sino también en adopción y regulación.

El error más común de fin de año: empezar por el plan.

En muchas empresas de tecnología, la estrategia falla antes de arrancar.

¿La razón? 

Se empieza a planificar sin una Aspiración Ganadora clara. 

Es lógico: diciembre activa cierres, objetivos, presupuestos, tableros…

Pero si no está definida la dirección, el plan se convierte en una lista de tareas sin criterio.

Sin una Aspiración Ganadora concreta, todo se vuelve reactivo:

- Prioridades que cambian cada mes
- Equipos que no comparten el mismo norte
- Mucho movimiento, poco avance real

La Aspiración Ganadora es el pilar que ordena todo lo demás.

No es un slogan. No es un deseo.

Es una decisión estratégica sobre qué significa realmente “ganar” para tu empresa.

Cuando este pilar está claro, el resto se vuelve evidente:

1. Dónde jugaremos (ICP Industria, geografia, tamaño / Canales Adquisición y Distribución)

2. Cómo ganaremos (Propuesta de valor con ventajas competitivas y diferenciación vs benchmark y alternativas) 

3. Capacidades necesarias (Que sistemas de personas, procesos y tecnología sostienen las ventajas competitivas) 

4. Sistemas de Gestión (Sistemas y métricas que permiten monitorear el progreso y ajustar la estrategia)

Sin esa claridad, cada elección es una apuesta aislada.

En un entorno que avanza cada vez mas rápido y de forma no lineal la Aspiración Ganadora no es branding:  es lo que devuelve foco, energía y previsibilidad al crecimiento.

1. ¿Qué significó “ganar” para tu empresa en el 2025?

2. ¿Qué impacto buscas lograr que sea realmente diferenciador para el 2026?

3. ¿Qué no estás dispuesto a comprometer para ganar?
