Key member of the US Corporate Strategy team, where I regularly worked with C-suite and VP-level executives to support their decision-making process. Quickly became team’s “Excel expert” and go-to for quantitative analysis. Conducted analysis on client spend and market opportunity in Excel to drive Deloitte’s go-to-market strategy for serving small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Collected and leveraged data to create Excel model to determine the US market size for SMBs. Built Excel model to rank acquisition opportunity areas based on potential monetary value to the firm. Researched the cybersecurity market to identify key trends and assess competitor strategies to provide guidance for senior stakeholders in determining the firm’s future direction in the industry. Developed a structured, data-driven pricing strategy for two business lines of an oil and gas firm. Spearheaded competitive intelligence research on blockchain and cloud ERP.
