Additionally, I've lead teams ranging from HR, security, and sales while supporting legal and business strategy. My role supports multiple departments across shared services and sales driving new and existing business opportunities, hiring and developing talent, curating company wide training, and traveling the globe. My journey at PNY started as a Financial Analyst Intern. Today, my role supports the legal department, leads security, hosts 6 direct reports, manages 100+ accounts across the east coast, west coast, and all of Canada.

Lead digital marketing manager for the company, with particular focus on OEM/Commercial operations. Plan, direct and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotions/programs, including targeted account programs (e.g. Direct Resellers, Distribution), social media and viral marketing activities, creative and graphics, product and solutions collateral development, in addition to owning website and HTML design & implementation. Provide critical leadership and support for all new product launch digital-related activities. 

Head of Creative:

	•	In addition to the above, manage the Creative Graphics Department to support the global company. (USA, Europe, Taiwan). Primary person responsible.
	•	Partner and align with internal groups and functions (Sales; Retail Marketing; IT; Legal; Tech Support; Customer Service) where appropriate.
	•	Work closely with NVIDIA and other key stakeholder partners to develop creative marketing materials to support product launches and campaigns.
	•	Manage the World Wide Server, and shared assets throughout the company.
	•	Direct the in-house Creative Department to develop creative and compelling campaign content for awareness and support the lead generation campaigns, and communication strategies for the organization.
	•	Direct development of monthly web performance/reporting and recommendations across departments to help educate the organization, including development of benchmarks and KPIs.
	•	Work closely with the product management team to define the marketing materials, programs, and scope needed to support the product lines.
	•	Spearhead efforts to increase SEO visibility and drive Google initiatives (Ads)
	•	Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
	•	Direct and optimize website content, specifically campaign landing pages and generate compelling technology and product content.

Senior Manager, Marketing / Head of Creative

•	Recurrent interaction with multiple senior leaders/ executives along with internal/external project partners with focus on understanding and managing expectations while facilitating accomplishment of company goals. 
	•	Responsible for continual improvement regarding the usability, design, content and conversion of the company and affiliates’ websites; in addition to driving the development and optimization of company websites’ product and landing pages.
