* Manages the on-boarding process of new candidates which includes scheduling interviews, preparing pre-employment applications, creating offer letters, processing I-9 requirements, and administering drug/background checks
* Negotiates rates and salaries with potential candidates
* Assists payroll with ensuring timecards are accurate; resolves timecard issues and discrepancies
* Informs newly hired employees of available benefits programs
* Builds network of candidates to call on for referrals and future opportunities
