The Accountancy profession isn't a world to which many non-accountants can relate.  Record keeping, debits and credits, taxation rules, imports and exports, financial reporting... we've studied it for years and keep abreast of changes in legislation as part of our continued professional development.

Experienced as an ACA-qualified Accounting professional, I bring my enthusiastic and charismatic charm to presenting the relevant information to clients - current and prospective - in an engaging and down-to-earth way.

Personable by nature, I am a lover of musical theatre, crime stories and spending time with my family - I bring a new definition to being a creative accountant. As a Delivery and Programme Management Leader, I empower organisations to flourish through the leadership of change excellence. I have a proven history of being able to consult with and enable the outcome-based  delivery growth of organisations across the Public and Private Sector such as the Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) and Companies House as well as significant Private Sector clients such as Zalando, Nike, adidas, Hugo Boss, Santander and Lloyds Bank.  My consultancy experience allows me to empathise with customers to ensure mutually-agreeable solutions between external and internal stakeholders including third-party contractors.

I am naturally people-centred and thrive when balancing my ability to clarify ambiguity and using my commercial awareness to keep teams focussed on joint strategic objectives with clients. I was a Project Management mentor within the Zalando group and am a trusted advisor to C-level teams and senior stakeholders, creating highly accountable projects as a habit, identifying change agents to multiply my expertise throughout the business to cultivate new experts.  I am PMP and PRINCE2 certified and well practised in Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies, often creating a hybrid approach to balance project governance and effective stakeholder management with value-adding incremental delivery.
