Everyone thinks change starts with a new plan.

It doesn’t.
It starts with a new lens.

I once watched a team try everything:
New tools.
New meetings.
New dashboards.

Nothing moved.

Then a new leader arrived - and changed only the words.

“This is how we do it” → “Let’s run an experiment.”
“Don’t mess this up” → “Let’s learn fast.”
“Who’s to blame?” → “What in the system caused this?”

Behavior shifted first.
Results followed.

That’s the real loop:
Mindset → Habits → Results

Most people try to fix the last part.
Leaders fix the first.

You never get new results by demanding new results.
You get them by changing what feels normal to do.
