Hailing from the UK, I bring 30+ years of experience in coaching, recruitment, management, operational support, and sales. Now, working in the consulting team at Beaumont People, I work closely with leaders to support their growth and support their leadership journey. 
 
I am passionate about neurodiversity and mental health. I strive to ensure that people feel seen, heard, and valued, a commitment that I hope shines through in all my interactions.
 
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with friends and family, dining out, enjoying musical theatre, and watching movies with my beloved fur babies, Hero and Mack.
