The Scott Whittle Show is designed to assist Veterans and their families by providing (1) veteran and depend stories, (2) the work of local non-profits, and (3) entrepreneurial information.

Interviews - Interviews with veterans, military spouses, and children, we discuss veteran life - pre-military, military, and post military. It is designed with the idea to provide support through information, insight, and inspiration to the Veteran community.

Non-profits - Texas provides a lot of support to the veteran community. Often veterans and their familes are unaware of available services. We aim to provide information concerning updates on these community services.

Entrepreneurial Endeavors - For  Veterans with entrepreneurial desires we are working to provided information about community resources.

Served a Veterans Administration’s approved vendor by working with the Homemaker/Home Health Aide Care of VA to provide non-skilled home care providers for Veterans of all eras. This included revamping administration processes including paperwork, Excel spreadsheets, billing, and various other internal operations for more efficient and effective workflow. Assisted as a brand ambassador to foster improved relationships with the existing Veteran clients, their family members, providers, and community partners. Also created a network of new community partnerships with Veteran organizations, the city and county of El Paso, all the while recruiting clients, and care providers.

Served as the face of the Veterans program by redeveloping the entire general assistance program. Worked as a team player with the administration and finance department to streamline the processes for more effective assistance program. Developed classes, outreaches, and community partnerships to best assist the Veterans and their family. Remained flexible and agile by adjusting and developing the program monthly and with the changing requirements of each grant cycle. Provided on-time, accurate monthly and quarterly reports for both the company KPIs and those of the granting source.

Delivered Results
▪	 Assisted over 1,300 Veterans and their families with various services including housing payments, utility payments, re-establishing the homeless and nearly homeless, transportation, and job trainings. As well as gather, assess and analyze veterans needs.
▪	 Serviced over 1 million dollars in Texas Veterans Commission grant funded resources.
▪	 Established working relationships with El Paso Electric, Texas Gas company, El Paso Water, local mortgage companies, banks, credit unions, numerous landlords, property managers, individual homeowners, and local business owners to assist veterans and their families.
▪	 Provided peer counseling and practical assistance to Guardianship wards.
▪	 Lead a team of three, during the pandemic, to deliver nearly fifty-thousand dollars of assistance in a single month.

All the while organizing a golf tournament fund-raising for the various programs, initiating a diaper program, and several holiday events for the clients. Worked as a three-person VISTA team reporting directly to the COO.

* Organized and fundraised for three holiday events for 150+ Guardianship clients. 
* Organized, fund raised and hosted a Veterans luncheon for 15 veterans on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
* Worked with a team that raised over $10,000 of in-kind and cash donations and set appointments for the following year’s golf tournament.

Our three-person team had a five-year VISTA who stated, "We accomplished more in three months than most teams do in a year."

My responsibly was to maintain detailed reports for over 400 lines of military vehicles. Returned thousands of dollars of excessive parts from Desert Storm. Ordered and distributed repair parts, components, kits, assemblies and sub-assemblies for all equipment in the motor pool. Also dispatched motor pool equipment to properly licensed operators.

▪ Post Desert Storm recovery of  4/3 Armored Cavalry Regiment motor vehicles.
▪ Replenished the 300 line items for motor pool maintenance teams.
▪ In four months, created thousands of dollars in reimbursement to the unit.
▪ In two months, worked with the motor pool team to convert over 400 line items from manual files into a digital system.
▪ Prepared assigned equipment for three deployments to the National Training Center.

Throughout the years all the skills I have acquired traditional and digital marketing, program management and development of million dollar grant funded program. building websites, peer counseling, graphic design, audio and video editing, teaching, training, or selling real estate it's all been to help other people.
