Meta’s Andromeda update didn’t just change bidding. It started punishing sameness.

If you’re feeding the algorithm 20 versions of the same hero shot with different CTAs, you’re burning cash and getting lauded for noise, not novelty.

Here’s the less-talked-about truth about Andromeda:
1️⃣ It prioritizes semantic variety, not aesthetic tweaks
↳ Slight color or text changes won’t be treated as “new”. The system rewards different stories, different hooks, different psychologies.

2️⃣ The cheapest way to win is to be meaningfully different
↳ Swap the narrative, not just the frame. UGC confession, data-led claim, founder rant, demo — each of those is a separate signal.

3️⃣ Build creative orthogonality, not volume
↳ Launch 6 truly distinct concepts, not 60 micro-variants. Test orthogonal ideas that teach the algorithm new user-level signals.

4️⃣ Track novelty, not just CTR
↳ Add a “distinctiveness” KPI. If your new creative lowers CPM but keeps CPA flat, you just taught Andromeda a new path to the same buyers. Aim for improved LTV signals instead.

Controversial, but practical: under Andromeda, lazy iteration loses to cheap creativity. If you want scale, stop polishing the same pebble and start mining new rocks.
