I led and transferred the marketing function into a modern inbound demand generation machine. In just 10 months marketing generated 85% of all leads (starting at just 10%), with over 1600 sales qualified leads, and a sales pipeline of over $25M AUD through content marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO, remarketing, nurture marketing, PR, events and data analytics. The key content campaign generated 600 Sales Qualified Leads (passed to Sales) and 30 new customers (first-touch).

I managed a team of 3 and worked closely with the sales, customer success and product teams to achieve the business targets and objectives, to provide outstanding customer experience and to increase the number of employees using the Flare platform.
