We skipped the conference rooms.

We went straight to the only part people talk about later: the parties.

We called them BUSINESS/CASUAL NOTworking events, not networking events (GET IT)

No sponsored keynotes.

Just:
Marketing and RevOps peeps
Good vibes
Real talk about tools, teams, and trash TV

On a couch. At a bar. On a patio.
Not under fluorescent lights at 8:00 a.m. with stale pastries.

In 2026, we want to bring BUSINESS/CASUAL back.

I made sure to ease into the week back with a light work schedule, but somehow still should have lowered the bar for myself.

Ts & Ps to all parents getting back into it this week after a two week “break.”

Great memories made, they’re only little once, etc etc etc.

But definitely need a vacation from my vacation.
