Trabajé durante 14 años en la multinacional. Entré como vendedor y llegué a ser gerente comercial. Como líder de área, hice 10 años selección de comerciales de la red y me hice cargo de su desarrollo profesional.

Los líderes seleccionábamos a la persona, la motivábamos, la liderábamos, la promocionábamos y, si llegaba a ser necesario, la desvinculábamos.

En 2015 dejé atrás la seguridad de ser gerente en una multinacional para saltar al vacío. Ese día entendí que la vida se divide en dos: antes y después de animarse a elegir.

De esa experiencia nació el método de los 8 recursos, una ruta clara y poderosa para transformar hábitos, desafiar creencias y diseñar el futuro que realmente queremos.

La verdadera inteligencia no necesita imponerse, simplemente brilla.

Hay algo que nadie te dice cuando empezás a cambiar tu vida:
lo privado siempre te delata. Siempre.

Las decisiones que nadie aplaude.
Las madrugadas donde no había aplausos.
Los días donde nadie te veía… pero vos sí te veías.

Cuando dejé la multinacional, nadie miraba.
Nadie vio mis dudas.
Nadie vio mis miedos.
Nadie vio mi pelea interna entre “volver a lo seguro” o “crear lo imposible”.

Pero lo que hice en privado… me cambió en público.

Porque lo que lees se convierte en la profundidad de tus conversaciones.
Lo que entrenás, en tu energía.
Lo que comés, en tu claridad.
Lo que disciplinás, en tu destino.

Y ahí entendí algo que me rompió por dentro:
no somos lo que mostramos…
somos lo que repetimos cuando nadie está mirando.

- Lead the way for a cross-functional team of software developers to build new features and support the JOKR (Peru) mobile application, ensuring the general stability and optimal performance of the frontend systems and the e-commerce micro-services architecture.
- Provide expertise in designing solutions, suggesting approaches and supporting production issues as they arise.
- Ensure that technical initiatives are prioritized along with product features, generating a consistent architecture and ensuring that technical debt is reduced.

- Lead the technical design and migration of banking products from a monolithic architecture to architectures based on micro-frontend and micro-services, improving the user experience in the new digital channel of the business segment.
- Design and build the next generation of the banking core based on highly scalable Core Web API's that model and encapsulate the features of a product within the bank's Web API's ecosystem by using cutting edge infrastructure through Openshift (Kubernetes PaaS) and AWS.
- Technically drive the development process to ensure that each project complies with the aspects and quality attributes of the defined architecture, technical standards, reference technology stack and best programming practices in accordance with the business strategy and architecture team guidelines.
- Work closely with Stakeholders, Product Owner, Head and Project Lead to identify business needs and define the strategic product roadmap, balancing functional requirements versus technical constraints and encouraging the building of the architecture of applications in an emerging and evolutionary way.
- Contribute my knowledge of agile scrum and kanban methodologies to lead and assemble high-performance sub-teams (10-20 engineers) with a product vision, as well as face the challenge of guiding and assisting the professional evolution of our collaborators by carrying out: 1:1 periodic meetings, continuous feedback sessions, goal setting, and semestral/annual performance review.

-	Designed and developed cross-impact solutions for the company or business areas with applications that have complex architectures, among which stands out the building of the notification service “YPF Notifications”, a solution to provide agility, extensibility and high-performance that allows sending mobile/web push notifications or email of the group of applications subscribed to the service.
-	Defined and supported the strategy for the redesign of applications deployed in On-Premise infrastructure towards highly scalable and agile environments based on IaaS and PaaS cloud computing services in Azure and Red Hat (Openshift).
-	Designed and built base architectures (starter templates) of web applications, web APIs and libraries that provide the most appropriate technological stack for the needs of each project, focusing on key design attributes such as: maintainability, high performance and reuse.

-	Identified, evaluated, analyzed and designed technological changes (libraries, frameworks, design patterns) of the applications due to project requirements or renewal (R&D), ensuring consistency between the data models, processes and functional requirements.
-	Built the new public mobile application for investors "YPF Investors" that provides a modern, agile and multiplatform solution (iOS and Android) from a single codebase developed with web technologies (hybrid app).

-	Developed and maintained features of products and services integrated into web platforms that allow online banking operations for Banesco bank customers, generating high-quality deliverables such as functional and technical designs, process models, software packages, documentation and unit tests.
-	Designed and implemented the feature and the user flow that allows the subscription and configuration of the P2P service "Banesco Pago Móvil" from the BanescOnline web portal.

BBVA Provincial

-	Led the technical design and building of the new mobile application "BBVA Provincial Dinero Rápido" for the P2P interbank mobile payment system, native Android SDK solution that provides a friendly, fast and secure user experience in all its modules developed for subscription service, account setup and transfer of funds.
-	Led, managed and coordinated a Development Team of 3 to 6 engineers under the agile approach and collaborate with the Product Owner in the definition of the backlog and its prioritization aligned to the strategy, as well as guided the team and the organization on how to implement Agile Scrum methodology (Ceremonies, Roles, Principles and Practices).
-	Encouraged team self-management with agile practices, continuous improvement of the process and also maintain constant visibility of the status of the project and the commitments made, taking into account short and long-term objectives.
- Provided technical support in the analysis, design and coding of solutions corresponding to the evolutionary/corrective maintenance in the FrontEnd and BackEnd layers of the native application (iOS and Android) "BBVA Provinet Móvil", which offers self-management of banking services and products (accounts, cards, loans, etc.).

Management and Development Specialist | Scrum Master

- Developed and Maintained the BanescOnline web portal, an electronic banking channel that offers a set of services and products that Banesco offers to its customers.
- Responsible for obtaining the detailed specifications of the requirements with the internal user area in order to generate the functional and technical design for the development of the attention flows of self-managed services and products through the IVR phone channel of the Banesco bank.
- Designed and developed ETL processes (extraction, transformation and loading) for data integration and the generation of BI (Business Intelligence) solutions, using the IBM InfoSphere DataStage tool.
