We sold our platform to a proptech company, one of the leading I-Buyers in Europe.

Deplace was one of the first Online Real Estate Brokers in Spain and the leading one in Madrid and Valencia. 

We designed a process to sell houses in the most efficient way around Spain. We created an AI process that helped home-sellers navigate this challenging process. 

I defined all the marketing and sales strategy and helped design our tech product and operations.

We raised 800.000 euros in equity + 400.000 euros in debt. We had a TMT of 1.5million in 2021 and reached break-even with a team of 16 people (30% tech).
