I've held pivotal roles as the Chief Commercial Officer at Sincrolab, a prescription-based Digital Therapeutic (DTx) SaaS startup, and as the VP of Growth and Commercial Strategy at DFnet, a SaaS B2B tech company offering cloud-based solutions and consulting services in clinical trials. My responsibilities included shaping various global departments' strategic direction, performance, and alignment.
