Re-Leased is a B2B SaaS property management platform purpose-built for commercial real estate. 

As the chief storyteller for the Re-Leased brand globally, my role involves: 

Setting the overall content marketing strategy and integrating it through all of our content. Laying out gameplans for how content can be used to capture existing market demand and also create demand for our solution.

Launching new content initiatives including 'The ChangeMakers in CRE' podcast and putting in place a framework for content repurposing to extend the value of content. 

Developing our editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel

Building a network of subject matter experts (internal and external) to provide content, serve as interviewed guests, or even help to promote the content marketing efforts of the business.

Work with our PR partners in local markets alongside Regional Marketing Managers.


Achievements: 

Developed and executed a repurposing framework with the podcast to repurpose episodes into long-form YouTube videos, social clips & imagery, emails and blogs. In 6 months this helped drive: 
- 10,000 views of organic social content.
- 1,500 streams on podcast platforms.
- 2,000 website views

Worked with the executive team to craft the new brand vision, messaging and positioning with the goal to humanise the brand and provide a true point of difference within the market.

Implemented new brand guidelines to reflect the brand narrative and acted as the editor for brand content and communications globally, ensuring the tone of voice and style is consistent.

Launched a value-led, organic content distribution strategy for company social channels with a focus on LinkedIn. This helped to increase engagement by 15% and increased followers by 20% in 6 months.

Docebo is a B2B SaaS learning management platform

- Researched and created content marketing assets for a SaaS company in the learning technology space. 

- Planned and produced SEO blogs, infographics, ebooks, case studies, webinars, video scripts, landing pages and emails. Also supported the creation of sales enablement content.

- Liaised with other members of the marketing department to plan quarterly content informed by previous performance.

- Worked with industry analysts and other external resources to plan and execute co-branded content

Responsible for written creative for brand development, multi-channel B2B content marketing campaigns and story-led demand generation. 

- Developed and wrote B2B-focused content to drive lead generation and conversion. This included blogs, social media posts, emails, display ads, landing pages, infographics, eBooks, video scripts and case studies.

- Conducted buyer and stakeholder interviews for branding projects and used this information to develop brand messaging.

- Managed the use of freelance writers for content development while working to budgets.

- Checked all written creative for spelling and grammar errors.

- Produced articles for M2 Magazine titles including M2, M2woman and M2 Australia, both in print and online.

- Liaised with advertising support, clients and the design team to produce copy for advertorials and gift guides.

- Worked with the Health Navigator team and reference/advisory groups to develop new content for the website relevant to site visitors that was up to date and met the Trust’s style and quality guidelines.

- Assisted with the maintenance of the website using WordPress.

I'm a highly-motivated and resourceful content marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in planning and creating engaging and data-driven content. I've specialised in building strong B2B SaaS brands through content strategy with international experience in Canada, New Zealand, and
the United Kingdom. Industries I’ve worked across include proptech, fintech and edtech. 

I pride myself on being able to connect content initiatives to functional and company goals, whether it be capturing existing market demand or creating demand for a solution. 

I’ve become accustomed to translating technical information into engaging stories by combining research and interviews with experts. I’ve applied this approach to content marketing strategy and execution for a variety of organisations, from B2B SaaS companies to serving clients at a marketing agency and also as a journalist. 

What fascinates me most about content is how it can take on many lives and I’m always searching for opportunities to repurpose and stretch its value. Being smarter about content is a constant experiment. 

My journey so far has taken me from New Zealand to the eclectic city of Toronto, Canada and back and now on to London. But the dream is to one day live out an endless summer with a beautiful beach nearby.
