As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Nicasource, I lead the delivery area, ensuring our technological services are of the highest standard and meet client expectations. My role is crucial in driving the company's technical direction, delivering high-quality digital solutions, and supporting overall business success. I focus on shaping our technological strategy through regular market and trend analysis while collaborating closely with sales and client relationship teams to understand and address client needs. By strategically allocating resources and overseeing the development of internal projects, I ensure our team is well-prepared and positioned for success. My efforts in operational alignment and continuous feedback implementation drive our commitment to excellence and innovation in every project we undertake.

Chief Technology Officer

I am responsible for supervising the work of all engineering teams, developing and implementing efficient engineering processes and improvements, and leading the team through management and mentorship. I also ensure ongoing technical training and skill improvement are implemented in the department, oversee internal product development, and define the innovation strategy for the company. In addition, I collaborate on company strategy and provide outsourced CTO services to Nicasource clients. I am responsible for ensuring that products are designed and developed to meet customer needs, evaluating new technologies and suggesting adoption choices that will best fit the client's project requirement, and overseeing the creation of technical architecture documents or proposals.

I’m a creative storyteller fuelled by curiosity, caffeine, and the occasional existential crisis.

My career has been a series of bold experiments, blending imagination, technology, and strategy to reshape how stories are told and how people connect with them.

Most recently, this has meant AI-native storytelling: building custom GPTs, scripting and producing explainer films, podcasts, and campaigns, and directing AI image and video assets that educate customers, enable sales, and bring strategy to life. Recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Tech, I share playbooks, experiments, and emerging practices that help teams unlock creativity with generative AI.

I am also a scriptwriter and micro-fiction enthusiast, a finalist in both international screenwriting and flash fiction competitions, and now experimenting with transforming those scripts and stories into short films created entirely with AI tools.

Over the last decade, I have worked across various organisations, including Business Australia, VERSA, The Works, Torrens University, and now Telstra & Quantium Telstra, leading teams that deliver, innovate, and disrupt.
