Why “We Need More Leads” Is Usually the Wrong Question

𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Not because the campaign was bad.  
Not because the channel didn’t work.

But because the business skipped the hardest step.
Understanding the real problem.

Execution feels productive. 
It feels fast.
It feels like progress.

But without clarity on:
The business reality
The numbers
The real constraints
The actual growth blockers

Marketing becomes guesswork with a budget.

That’s why strategy must start with context. 
Not channels.
