I was a part of the Unity Performance Taskforce and work with Ruben Torres (the Game Dev Guru), and his team as a Unity 3d Development Consultant, by giving support to businesses that utilizes Unity Technologies to create applications for their business endeavors.

I personally specialize in reducing polygon count for complex geometries while maintaining high-fidelity, creating custom C# scripts to compliment Unity development, and performance optimization techniques. My certification as a Unity Rendering Optimization Expert was obtained from XR Bootcamp. With that, I can confidently pull low framerate projects to reach or surpass the necessary framerate for any target device. This also includes the stringent requirements for XR devices, which is set to be 120 frames per second!

The Game Dev Guru himself has worked with leading companies, including Schell Games, Ubisoft, Unity Technologies, Facebook, Wooga, Audi, and XR Bootcamp. And has a faculty of high-performance Unity programmers.

Restaurant Image are employed to ensure their restaurant cleanliness and operations are maintained to pass restaurant inspections. I’ve personally led my restaurant to their first 97%+ gold star rating within the first year of working, being the highest rating for this restaurant to receive, positioning them to be considered a training restaurant in the Texas region.  

•	Implemented routine inspection/cleaning weekly schedule, effectively reaching the 97%+ gold star rating to be considered as a training restaurant.
•	Trained and qualified 20+ new employees on different positions in the restaurant, including the toast grill, chicken fryers, expo, and prep. 
•	 Reduced chicken waste by 10%-15% by improving chicken frying technique and making careful observations on the chicken frying process.
•	Communicated with crew about number of orders and kitchen processes to keep drive-thru times under 5 minutes.

An app-based rideshare service providing a streamlined way for people to request rides, effectively disrupting the taxi-cab industry. Drivers are independent contractors, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe ride, while maintaining a 4.5+% rider rating. After serving more than 8,000 rides between years 2017 and 2019, was able to maintain a steady 4.9+% driver rating and left with a solid 5-star rating.

•	Improved rider’s confidence through implementing introduction system to confirm riders name and location.
•	Improved Lyft Maps by driving and dropping off riders in obscure locations.
•	Helped shaped Lyft’s policies through providing feedback for rides.

A popular retail service providing customers a premium affordable shopping experience since 1962.

During reconstruction of retail’s interior space, the Remodeling Specialist is responsible for rearranging shopping areas, setting up new product displays, clearing out scrap, inspecting cold and dry storage, amongst other tasks.  

Some of the responsibilities of the Electronic Sales Associates were restocking the electronics area, updating price displays, helping guests find items, handling electronic item returns, preventing sales fraud, and checking out guests using point-of-sales system.

•	Tracked inventory and organized equipment and supplies from LTL drop-offs to be transported in-store for remodeling.
•	Completed remodeling of store 1 month before expected remodeling finish date.
•	Followed detailed instructions related to measurements and setting of displays, meeting corporate Target’s expectations for store remodeling plans.

A friend once told me, “You cannot build a bridge to nowhere.” A saying that still motivates me to this day. And now that I’ve built this bridge to nowhere, I found myself now here ready to pursue a destination that I believe we all would be inspired by. 

It is no secret that Extended Reality(XR) has been securing its place as a valid sector to invest in. Use cases consistently pop up about how XR is influencing telemedicine, workplace training, international tourism, online shopping, social media, and of course electronic sports to name a few. With more use cases becoming more apparent with XR, it has only reinforced XR device manufacturers, developers, and enthusiasts to ensure that the XR sector materializes and stabilizes (including the metaverse). 

Recently I’ve taken the Rendering Optimization Master Class at XR Bootcamp, where I was able to learn some fine skills by The Game Dev Guru, Ruben Torres. The reason I took the class is to have the skillset to bring experiences into XR that people are already familiar with. With so many apps, websites, and games that has become a part of our lives, we would also crave these same experiences in XR. 

I also believe that no matter what people say about advertisements potentially overpopulating the immersive digital environment, it would only be just as familiar as the many ads that blast our senses this very day.

We are craving that next interface. We are craving that next level of immersion in life. But we also craving the familiar. Let us bring what's familiar into XR and continue professing the engineering magnificence of the XR sector!
