Took the R8 in to get new front and rear dashcams installed. What's crazy is how long I've been going to this same place...

Nearly 30 years.

Cartunes Inc. is where I bought 12" Kicker subs for my first car, a small hatchback, back around 1998.

They're where I bought a custom enclosure for my second vehicle, a lifted Toyota.

Pretty sure I bought subs there for my turbo Civic.

New overhead monitors in our SUVs once we had kids.

Where the only thing getting slashed is your competition...

Since posting a video yesterday that I bought a building and painted a giant mural of my wife and kids on it, received a lot of messages.

Some surprised.

But all of the positive.

The whole process took about two months, from inception to drafts to artwork conversion to actual painting.

My kids said “Thanks, dad!”

My wife bawled.

Then she asked a really good question, “What types of things were you thinking to come up with something like this?”

My answer was that I wanted to have a mural that the people I love would love.

What were the things that THEY would like?

And that’s what I made.

Remember…

There are no rules in life. Only the ones you think there are.

Do what you want.

The most I've generated on the backend of a single day was ~$100,000, and it was thanks to models I learned in Russell Brunson's mastermind, Inner Circle.

I've been in the group for 5 years, and have more than doubled my annual recurring revenue.

I expect to double that double in the next year as I roll out more strategies I've been sitting on and finally have the operating support to roll them out.

When I first joined I got in right after it had been closed for two years.

And over those few years it's maxed out and registration has been closed.

But it’s not for everyone.

👉 You have to VERIFIABLY make $1,000,000+ a year

👉 You are open to having all of your business and money beliefs challenged and re-imagined

👉 You have to believe in yourself enough to be willing to invest $50,000 in membership annually

This year's seasonal invoice trends are amazing considering "SEO is dead."

Nothing in marketing is dead, other than the pipeline of the gurus desperate for you to buy their thing.

Pay attention to the seasonality of your revenue. You'll notice patterns that can help you make decisions that you wouldn't catch otherwise.

For example, look at the last two years.

🟢 Green is 2025
🔵 Blue is 2024.

Notice how they both dropped in February, and August, but spiked in July and September?

I've used the same billing portal for 18 years so I can see a year-for-year trendline for any year, and this similar patterns happens more often than not.

Sometimes it's more dramatic, like this July when we signed a client worth nearly half a million.

I don't take the spikes for granted and spend more, but I do hedge against the down months and preserve cash and spend less around December and January since historically we have a decrease in February, then it stays neutral through May or June.

This has allowed me to strategize and cash flow better, as well as adjust staff for client headcount.
