*Project manager over the content creation, development, and university-wide on-boarding of an online, employee training program.
*Under my direction, students that started AND completed iLead increased by 215% from 2012 to the end of 2013. To be more specific, all three iLead programs experienced the following growth:

     -Supervisor program: 190%
     -Manager program: 166%
*Instrumental in presenting our iLead program to the Polynesian Cultural Center (the biggest tourist attraction on Oahu) for their adoption with student employees. Assisted with training and on-boarding process at the PCC.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

*In charge of the coordination, scheduling, and execution of university airport shuttle service at the beginning and end of each quarter.
*Instrumental in the proposal of outsourcing shuttle program to a local shuttle company called Island Transporter. Assisted in the leg work, meeting and negotiation phases with Island Transporter to provide our students with a better service.
*University still uses Island Transporter as their shuttle service for students today.
