•	Provided guidance as the HR Partner for Stores Director, team of 12 Regional Managers and large functional team across 950 stores and 21,000 colleagues in a multi-billion-pound pharmacy, opticians, hearing care and retail division within Boots UK.
•	Designed and delivered stores field leadership reorganisation across 2500 Boots UK stores affecting all field leaders with headcount reduction challenge.  
•	Developed and deployed a new colleague recruitment personality-based system to recruit the very best customer service focused colleagues in the market.
•	Delivered a response to pensions reform affecting colleagues and leaders across the business leading the changes across the division.
