With a fantastic team, a large studio (including an infinity cove and darkroom for colour and black and white work) we were involved in making every kind of Advertising & Commercial photography across the UK. 

My clients were businesses of all sizes, in many sectors. Much of our work was in the North Sea. We even worked for several UK government departments.

In the late 1980s, some of our larger clients started to show increasing interest in McCann Photographic offering a professional video service.

I did my research and invested £100,000 in a complete set of broadcast-quality shooting and editing equipment. Within a couple of years, I was shooting for several network television shows for BBC and many other broadcasters and Production Companies.

Time for a rebranding and so McCann Media was launched.
