I became a lawyer because I thought it was my calling. By 15, I was convinced it was my future. I spent 8 years in law, even built my own firm.

But the reality? It wasn’t what I expected.

The system was broken. Mentorship was non-existent. The industry was male-dominated. And no matter how hard I tried, I never truly fit.

Walking away wasn’t easy. It felt like failure. But it wasn’t.

Because in truth, my passion had always been elsewhere.

I grew up with challenge after challenge:

↳ Knock-kneed and major surgery at 6 (I had to relearn how to walk)
↳ Scoliosis with chronic back pain
↳ Severe IBS and acid reflux
↳ Wrist arthritis that led to a partial fusion and bone graft

Those setbacks forced me to explore the power of health, strength, and resilience. Over time, it became clear: fitness wasn’t just something I loved. It was my purpose.

Today, I coach men and women in their 30s and 40s who feel stuck. The pants are tighter. The belly’s bigger. Energy is lower. Strength feels like a thing of the past.

I know that story—because I’ve lived it.

And I also know this: you don’t need perfection, endless diets, or 2-hour gym sessions. You need a simple, structured approach to get strong again. To build the energy, resilience, and confidence that carries into your 40s, 50s, and beyond.

Served as a Logistics Management Specialist Trainee for the Logistics Palace Acquire (PAQ) Program in three offices (AFSAC, Agile Combat Simulators Division, Global Hawk) for a one year rotation, then I graduated out-placed in my Third Rotation before moving on to another program office via Succession Planning.

Answered phones and responded to customer emails regarding hardware or software issues. Created Help Desk tickets associated with customer issues which were assigned to appropriate Technicians.

Performed merchandise stocking and display, grocery cart management, maintenance and utility work, lawn and garden department, customer service and carry out support to customers.  Part-time employment during school sessions and full-time during Winter Breaks and Summer Breaks.

Performed administrative assistance to the Associate Dean of the School of Systems and Logistics and faculty.

Office Automation/Computer Clerk

I virtually graduated from the Civilian Air Force Palace Acquire (PAQ) Logistics Management Specialist Trainee Program (September 2017-September 2020) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in the class of 2020 along with the class of 2021 in ZoomGov in November 2021 due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. 

The program offices that I worked in as one year rotations with the third being an outplacement during the LG PAQ Program were the following: Air Force Security and Assistance Cooperation Directorate (AFSAC), Agile Combat Support Simulators Division, and Global Hawk before moving to Special Warfare via Succession Planning. 

Before I joined the Logistics PAQ Program, two previous jobs I had at WPAFB were a Contractor Help-Desk Technician at RCF Information Systems and a Civilian Office Automation/Computer Clerk in the Pathways Internship Program at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), School of of Systems and Logistics.

Prior to having my Internship, Contractor Job, and journey in the Logistics PAQ Program at WPAFB, I had a part-time job as a Utility Worker at Meijer by Wright State during my College Education at Clark State Greene Center and Wright State University.
