I became a lawyer because I thought it was my calling. By 15, I was convinced it was my future. I spent 8 years in law, even built my own firm.

But the reality? It wasn’t what I expected.

The system was broken. Mentorship was non-existent. The industry was male-dominated. And no matter how hard I tried, I never truly fit.

Walking away wasn’t easy. It felt like failure. But it wasn’t.

Because in truth, my passion had always been elsewhere.

I grew up with challenge after challenge:

↳ Scoliosis with chronic back pain

↳ Wrist arthritis that led to a partial fusion and bone graft

Those setbacks forced me to explore the power of health, strength, and resilience. Over time, it became clear: fitness wasn’t just something I loved. It was my purpose.

Today, I coach men and women in their 30s and 40s who feel stuck. The pants are tighter. The belly’s bigger. Energy is lower. Strength feels like a thing of the past.

I know that story—because I’ve lived it.

Was awarded the company’s Excellent Award for outstanding performance on the Global Hawk unmanned systems proposal that had a combined residual of over $65 billion over 10 years.
•	Develop core analytical capabilities or model libraries, using advanced statistical, quantitative, or econometric techniques.
•	Provide application or analytical support to researchers or traders on issues such as valuations or data.
•	Research or develop analytical tools to address issues such as portfolio construction or optimization, performance measurement, attribution, profit and loss measurement, or pricing models.
•	Maintain or modify all financial analytic models in use.
•	Apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance, such as derivative valuation, securities trading, risk management, or financial market regulation.

DOD (Department of Defense) contractor whose responsibilities were to schedule all required ranges and training areas for a multitude of combat units to ensure they receive the training required for combat readiness. Part of the duties and responsibilities was also to train and provide advice in the realm of weapons and tactics for a variety of weapons and skills. This included developing a special range that allowed and provided for aerial sniper platforms to be utilized. Thus, providing our snipers in multiple units and branches to effectively engage targets from several types of rotary winged aircraft to increase combat effectiveness of our special operations commands. I was also contracted to train and help certify Joint Tactical Air Controllers (JTAC’s) to provide qualified JTAC’s to multiple units, ensuring these units had JTAC’s to control all rotary and fixed winged assets for aerial gun runs and calling air assets for bombing runs.

While at this company I was responsible for estimating costs associated with construction, in particular the place of our company’s product within the building plan. Our company specialized in PVC piping and plumbing products. This included reading blueprints, understanding CAD/CAM systems and software to ensure accurate estimates for various proposals. I assisted in working with a team to develop a system to scan and then provide a 3D view of where each of the company’s products would fit and thus be installed. Projects focused on wastewater treatment facilities and large manufacturing firms that used or stored volatile chemicals. Projects ranged from $2,500 to as much as $2.5 million. I was a pivotal player in the company’s merger with Asahi industries and worked with Toshiba for the development and sale of their computerized flow meters, both projects were in the $5 to $10 million range.

As a project superintendent at Penhall, I was responsible for a variety of tasks that included accountability of all employees on the job site to ensure there was sufficient labor for the jobs tasked per the proposal. I was also responsible for estimating all costs associated with a proposal and then to keep within the budget guidelines for a particular project. The other required tasks are that I was to inspect all equipment and ensure everyone of the site adhered to all OSHA regulations. On the various sites a project superintendent is responsible for all aspects of safety. Verifying hours and paysheets for all employees on the site and to hire or contract labor as needed to fulfill contracts. Ensure all projects remain financially feasible (controlling cost associated with labor, material, etc.). Managed and supervised projects that ranged from $250k to over $5 million.

United States Marine Corps

Over the course of fifteen years, I served in a multitude of positions within the Marine Corps Infantry. I was a mortarman, forward observer, fire support specialist, scout sniper, reconnaissance Marine, weapons platoon Sergeant, Infantry platoon Sergeant, company gunnery Sergeant and Marine combat instructor. I served several combat tours leading Marines through multiple combat deployments overseeing from 35 to upwards of 500 Marines. I was responsible for their training, well-being, and provided leadership and management throughout my career. My greatest accomplishment was that I was afforded the opportunity to serve proudly as a Marine.
