I became a lawyer because I thought it was my calling. By 15, I was convinced it was my future. I spent 8 years in law, even built my own firm.

But the reality? It wasn’t what I expected.

The system was broken. Mentorship was non-existent. The industry was male-dominated. And no matter how hard I tried, I never truly fit.

Walking away wasn’t easy. It felt like failure. But it wasn’t.

Because in truth, my passion had always been elsewhere.

I grew up with challenge after challenge:

↳ Knock-kneed and major surgery at 6 (I had to relearn how to walk)
↳ Scoliosis with chronic back pain
↳ Severe IBS and acid reflux
↳ Wrist arthritis that led to a partial fusion and bone graft

Those setbacks forced me to explore the power of health, strength, and resilience. Over time, it became clear: fitness wasn’t just something I loved. It was my purpose.

Today, I coach men and women in their 30s and 40s who feel stuck. The pants are tighter. The belly’s bigger. Energy is lower. Strength feels like a thing of the past.

I know that story—because I’ve lived it.

And I also know this: you don’t need perfection, endless diets, or 2-hour gym sessions. You need a simple, structured approach to get strong again. To build the energy, resilience, and confidence that carries into your 40s, 50s, and beyond.

My fitness journey stemmed from a dark place.
 
I was stuck in the depths of depression and anxiety. I didn’t love the person I was - on the inside or outside.
 
The gym was my outlet. But my first few years were full of trial and error and I made my fair share of mistakes.
 
Eventually things started to click. I began diving deep into how the mind and body work, educating myself and shifting emphasis to balance, mindset, and sustainable habits.  This journey has truly given me my life back. And now I have found my passion in helping others do the same.
 
My goal is to help you build a strong body and mind, through lifestyle changes that will last forever.

It’s funny how saying “I don’t drink” makes people more uncomfortable than saying “I drink every weekend.”

Think about that.

Choosing not to drink is seen as extreme.

But drinking every Friday and Saturday is “normal.”

The moment you have standards, people project.

“Live a little.”
“It’s not that serious.”
“You’re no fun.”

But no one questions the hangovers.
The poor sleep.
The wasted weekends.
The slow decline in energy and focus.

Sometimes the most polarizing thing you can do is have standards.

For your body.
For your time.
For your energy.
For your future.

And if you’re building a business, leading a team, raising a family — your standards matter.

Not everyone will understand them.

That’s kind of the point.

I used to eat to shut my brain off.

I’d raid my fridge and pantry and scarf down everything I could find.

I used to drink to escape my reality.

I would go out and get blacked out 3–4x a week.

Anything to feel something other than my thoughts.

I didn’t want to sit with discomfort. I couldn’t stand it.

The gym was the first place I practiced staying.

Feeling the burn, the resistance and the urge to quit... and not quitting.

It was the first time I chose discomfort instead of escape.

That skill carried into everything else.

Into work.
Into relationships.
Into hard conversations.
Into stress.

Fitness wasn’t just about my body.

It taught me how to sit with discomfort long enough to grow.

Take 5 mins, plan out your meals for the week, input them into MyFitnessPal ahead of time, adjust quantities, then go make the meals.

Most people don’t struggle with protein, they struggle with preparation.

It’s staggering how often I hear people blame their pain on age.

“Just part of getting older.”

No.

It’s sitting 10–12 hours a day.
It’s having little to no muscle mass.
It’s eating poorly.
It’s sleeping 5–6 hours and calling it normal.

That’s not aging.

That’s lifestyle.

Yes, your body changes over time.

But losing strength, energy, and mobility decades too early isn’t inevitable.

Most aches and fatigue aren’t a birthday problem - they’re a stimulus problem.

You stop challenging your body... it stops supporting you.

You don’t need extreme workouts.

You need to lift.
Move daily.
Eat real food.
Prioritize sleep.

That’s how you age well.

If your body feels worse every year, it’s not age.

It’s neglect.

My Japan trip coming up... has been making me so anxious.

Trust me, I know how absurd that sounds 😆

I love my structure and routine to a fault.

So I get anxiety around being away from work, my community, and my normal routine.

Around feeling this pressure to “get ahead.”

There’s so much uncertainty and unknown.

And that’s hard for me.

I like structure.
I like control.
I like knowing what the plan is.

I know once I’m there it’ll be great, like it always is.

I know I’ll be fully in the moment.

It’s the lead up that’s hard.

That feeling of stepping away.
Of not being “on.”
Of not controlling everything.

But I’ve realized something:

If everything in your life feels urgent and life-or-death... that’s usually a sign you’ve built your identity around being “on” all the time.

A lot of high performers struggle with this.

Rest feels irresponsible.
Travel feels disruptive.
Uncertainty feels threatening.

But here’s the shift:

If your business, your body, or your progress falls apart because you stepped away for a week… it wasn’t strong to begin with.

Real structure carries you automatically.

Real health doesn’t disappear because you miss a few workouts.

Real momentum doesn’t vanish because you rest.

The goal isn’t to be “on” forever.

The goal is to build something strong enough that you don’t have to be.

Everything is going to be fine (way better than you think actually).

And sometimes the thing creating anxiety is exactly what expands you.

That’s growth.

And that’s the whole point.

Fitness is supposed to enhance your life.

Somehow people forgot about that fact??

I know there was a time I missed that completely as well.

I went to extremes.
I stressed over every meal.
I avoided trips, events, and plans if they didn’t fit perfectly.
I was “disciplined”... but I wasn’t living.

Sure my body improved a bit, but my life got smaller.

That’s not the goal.

Fitness should give you more energy, confidence, and clarity.

Not guilt.
Not anxiety.
Not the feeling that you’re constantly behind.

Especially when you alreayd have waaayyy too much on your plate to begin with.

You’re already juggling work, family, stress, and responsibilities - so your training should be the thing that gives you more energy, confidence, and clarity.

Not something that adds pressure.

That’s why the way I coach looks different now.

If workouts feel overwhelming...
If nutrition feels confusing…
If you constantly feel behind or “off track”…

That’s a system problem.

When health fits into your life instead of competing with it, everything changes.

And if it doesn’t feel that way right now?

Something needs to change.

There were long stretches of doubt.

Times mentally where I felt stuck.

That’s the part no one talks about.

Most growth happens in the boring middle.

The part where you’re busy, stressed, juggling work, family, responsibilities.

Doing the right things... but not seeing much yet.

That’s where most people quit.

Because it feels like it’s not working.

But if you zoom out, the only reason I have the results I do is because I didn’t stop in those seasons.

And I promise it’s not because I was more talented, had better genetics or had some secret.

I just kept showing up. 

That’s literally it 😂 

I showed up when it was inconvenient.
When it was frustrating.
When progress felt invisible.

If you keep showing up long enough, you make it very hard to lose.

Consistency feels small in the moment.

But over years it’s unstoppable.

I was literally about to post about how I never get sick.

The last time I got sick was probably 4–5 years ago around COVID.

And then of course last week... it got me.

High fever for a couple days and was completely wiped out.

I know exactly why too. I’d been overstressing and overextending myself. God has a funny way of forcing me to slow down.

But here’s what stood out.

The second I got sick, all the “urgent” work I had convinced myself was critical suddenly didn’t matter.

The client check-ins.
The deadlines.
The scheduled calls.
The content I had to write.

None of it felt urgent anymore.

The only thing that mattered was feeling normal again.
Being able to stand and walk without pain.
Thinking clearly.
Having a normal body temp.

And if you’re someone who runs a business, leads a team, provides for a family, carries a lot of responsibility...

You know that feeling.

Everything feels life or death. Until your body says otherwise.

It’s funny how many things feel essential…

Until you don’t have your health.

We treat it like it’s flexible. Like we’ll focus on it when things slow down.

But the second it’s compromised, it becomes the only thing that matters.

Protect the thing that makes everything else possible.

- poor sleep
- no movement 
- ultra-processed food

Then we’re shocked when energy is gone, weight creeps up, blood markers worsen, mood tanks, and motivation disappears.

Don’t get me wrong, medication has its place. I took it for years.

But what makes no sense is skipping the basics and jumping straight to the prescription as the only solution.

Most people don’t have a mystery problem.

They have predictable inputs producing predictable outcomes.

Change the inputs:
 - move your body 
- eat real food consistently 
- sleep enough 
- manage stress 
- build structure

And a lot of things improve faster than people expect.

Health doesn’t come from a pill alone.

It comes from how you live your life every day.

I was the victim.

Everyone was out to get me.

Every inconvenience set me off.

I was just pissed at the world.

For a long time, I let my mind run those same negative loops.

I was ultimately avoiding one big thing: 
Ownership.

I kept waiting for a magical way out of my miserable life.

For someone to come care for me, support me, and give me a hand out of it.

Day after daym month after month, year after year of clinging to that hope...

I was hit with a gut-wrenching realization.

No one was coming.

Not my boyfriend, family, coworkers, no one.

It was all on me.

It hit like a sucker punch to the gut.

All the fears and narratives of being unworthy and alone flooded in.

And then it hit me.

If no one was coming...

That meant it was up to me…

I held the power.

I had to do something for myself.
I had to stop playing the victim.

There was no other option.

After the initial pain wore off, that realization became freeing.

The pit in my stomach eased. The doors swung wide open.

That’s where real change began.

Because staying stuck had finally become harder than trying.

And this is where most people are without realizing it.

Waiting for clarity.
Waiting for motivation.
Waiting for life to slow down.
Waiting for someone to step in and make it easier.

But eventually, the waiting becomes heavier than the work.

And the moment you realize it’s on you is when things finally start to move.

Sometimes the most uncomfortable realization is also the one that gives you your life back.

For me in that moment I knew I couldn’t keep making excuses.

I saw how they were keeping me right where I was.

And let’s be real… it couldn’t get worse than where I was. 😂

I had nothing left to lose.

So I figured… why not just try.

One of the easiest ways to ruin your metabolism:

Constantly under-eat and over-stress.

Skip meals.
Live on caffeine.
Train hard.
Sleep poorly.

Then wonder why your body isn’t responding like it used to.

I see this all the time.

You’re working out, eating “healthy”, putting in the effort.

But calories are too low and stress is too high.

So your body adapts.

Just not in the way you want.

Energy drops.
Fat loss stalls.
Hunger spikes.

Your metabolism isn’t broken.

It’s protecting you.

This is exactly why in Phase 1 of the Unbreakable Process, we don’t start with aggressive fat loss.

We rebuild.

We bring calories back up when needed.
We stabilize energy.
We fix meal structure.
We reduce stress.
We improve sleep.
We build strength.

We create a strong baseline again.

Because when your body feels safe and supported, fat loss becomes easy.

Most people try to diet harder when progress stalls.

We do the opposite.

If your body isn’t responding despite your effort, you don’t need more restriction.

You need a better strategy.

Training gives you more energy for your workday — not less.
Eating well improves focus and patience — not restriction.
Moving your body helps you handle stress instead of carrying it home.

You don’t “find” time for fitness.

You build it so the rest of your life runs better.

That’s why the goal isn’t longer workouts, perfect nutrition, or doing everything.

It’s building a system that:
• supports busy schedules
• reduces decision fatigue
• improves how you show up at work and at home

If fitness is draining you, it’s not a discipline problem.

It’s a fit problem.

When health is designed around your life, it gives you more of everything — not less.

You’re better off avoiding most You're better off avoiding all the main stream "health" advice out there.

Eat more meat, eggs and real foods.

Start lifting instead of doing endless cardio.

Work to get off your unnecessary medications.

Stop drinking everyday.

Move your body consistently.

Get outside and get sunlight.

That’s what actually improves quality of life.

Most people try to copy what they see online and wonder why nothing sticks.

All the other mainstream health advice wasn’t built for your schedule, stress or life.

Stick to the basics, find what you can do consistently and stick to it.

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

It has to fit your life.

When you stop chasing trends and start mastering the basics, everything gets easier.

I spent my entire life savings on a coach

Recently it’s been a challenging season for me.

Business wise, relationship wise, identity wise.

Lot’s of things compounding at once.

Lot’s of doubt, anxiety, and uncertainty consuming me.

But in these times I try to zoom out

Instead of “why is this happening to me?”

I ask:

What is this teaching me?
What is God preparing me for?
What is the purpose in this season?

Because there’s always something there.

There’s always growth and a lesson to learn... even if it’s uncomfortable.

And usually my first instinct is to stress.

That’s my default setting actually 😂 

To focus on what feels off or uncertain.

But the more I sit with it, the more I realize...

Maybe this is God forcing me to slow down.

To take better care of myself.
To be more present.
To create the space I keep saying I want.

It doesn’t look how I thought it would.

But maybe that’s the point.

Instead of wasting this season spiraling about what’s not moving fast enough, I get to use it.

Use it to recharge, refocus and work on myself. Build the internal foundation so when things accelerate again, I’m ready.

Faith doesn’t mean you just sit back and hope.

You still do the work.

But you trust that even this — especially this — is shaping you.

And I’ve learned that leaning into that always pays off.

Can’t believe it’s been over 2 years since I moved to Florida.

I packed up and started fresh here not knowing anyone.

And it was hard adjusting to a new life, new city, new routines.

The first year was really tough. A lot of moments that felt uncomfortable, lonely, and overwhelming.

Building anything from scratch always is though.

But man... it might be the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

I live somewhere I don’t even want a vacation from. Everyday feels like vacation.

I look forward to coming home every time I leave.

I love everything about it here.

I wake up excited for my life instead of needing an escape from it like I did when I lived in AZ.

I’ve built a community I never had before. I’m plugged in, connected, and loved.

I’ve created new routines that actually support who I’m becoming.

People always say you need to get out of your hometown, and it’s so true.

There is nothing that forces growth like changing your environment and getting out of your comfort zone.

Not just where you live, but who you surround yourself with and what you normalize in your day-to-day.

If you feel drained, stuck, or like you’re just surviving week to week, it’s worth asking a question.

Is the environment I’m in actually supporting the life I want to build?

Sometimes the biggest shift is putting yourself somewhere that allows you to finally breathe, grow, and come alive.
