Here is a sample breakdown of two projects we have handled:

1:

The client is in the life science industry. We built a software development team from scratch. The software solution helped the company to run and document clinical trials. We acted as an outsourcing partner.

The company was later acquired by Medidata. And later, Medidata was acquired by Dassault Systeme. The team continued to operate and grow to 15-17 developers, testers, DevOps engineers. This partnership lasted for 6 years.

2:

Built a development outsourced team to work on one of the first file-sharing and collaboration platforms in 2005 (like Dropbox or Google Drive). The solution was focused on enterprise customers. They used it for file sharing and backup. It was scaled to 170.000 paying customers. The company was later sold to Autotask and later to Datto.

As an outsourcing partner, we scaled the team to 15-20 developers and testers. Responsible for the application development, testing, hiring developers, and managing day-to-day operations of the development team. We constantly communicate with partners in Denmark and the US. This partnership is still ongoing since its inception in 2005.

•	Responsible for identification of opportunities for automation of processes/tools for multiple teams across the department(10K+ savings monthly).
•	Leading automation implementation, creating the report structure to track the savings, basic agile methodology used to create the RPA. 
•	Participation in insourcing activities from teams in India to teams in Slovakia, communication with various teams and management levels, supporting change management activities. 
•	Setting up training structure for insourced employees and for management team. Identifying process gaps to support cost savings, root cause analysis.

Lead - Supplier management

•	Setting up and managing a team of Project Implementation Managers for the new service, training, supporting, evaluating and motivating individuals; creating processes, tools, report metrics and setting team goals:
•	Responsible for hiring, training and retaining individuals to create and stabilize team of 40+ for the new service line and associated HR responsibilities; establishing knowledge baseline 
•	Implementation of new process and team structure to support a global service delivery model
•	Enforcing tooling baseline to create reporting base for senior management
•	Responsible for critical relationships with customers, suppliers and internal executives

•	Leading and executing customer enablement projects of considerable complexity and, when applicable, associated project teams on an international level, maintaining a close contact and managing the customer expectation for whom the AT&T services are enabled, using escalations when required

•	Ownership and responsibility for the physical installation and implementation of EVPN (AT&T’s flagship MPLS VPN offering) for global blue chip clients 
•	Responsible for customer activities across all stages of the delivery process, from project receipt to billing 
•	Proactive planning on delivery, risk evaluation, coordinating work of other teams in order to achieve customer’s satisfaction, escalating when required to ensure timely delivery
•	Responsible for critical relationships with customers, suppliers and internal executives 
•	Operating as an active team player for resolving problems and instrumental in developing ongoing customer relationships
•	Creating of a training for new-comers to facilitate earlier performance
