* One of the strategies implemented was the creation of a new PowerPoint presentation to utilize at all in-services, which was implemented region-wide.  The presentation broke down how small changes could lead to big financial savings for the client.
* Created and implemented new “top-down” strategy resulting in large, profitable, influential partners including Springfield Clinic, Decatur Memorial, and SBLHC.  The strategy involved bypassing physicians, nurses and office managers and going directly to the C-level stakeholders who were able to make decisions for large purchase orders.  Majority of sales came from large corporate orders as a result.

* Grew “LoJack Partner Programs” profitability over 350% by adding 12 new partners and leveraging the brand equity of new partners through direct mail and telephone contacts.
* Created, developed, and executed new profitable partnership programs from a program that had been failing; developed relationships with Farmers, AMICA, American Family, MetLife, and GEICO.
* Developed customer lifetime value models, profitability analysis, sales strategy planning, as well as strategic direction for opening up new, direct markets which are all still considered one of the strongest ways for LoJack to brand and distribute units.
