As the Inside Sales Manager at Force24, I had the important task of managing and growing a team of reps who were responsible for achieving both their personal and business targets. My role was critical in helping the company reach its goals, and I took this responsibility very seriously.

One of my main responsibilities was managing the Sales Enablement platform and CRM, which were essential tools for the entire sales team. These systems helped us track and manage our sales activities and helped us stay organized and efficient.

I was also responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enabled both the Inside Sales and BDM teams to execute their jobs more effectively. This involved setting priorities and strategic goals, so that everyone on the sales team was working toward the same objectives.

As the leader of the Inside Sales team, I was committed to coaching and motivating my reps to achieve their best. I held regular team meetings to provide guidance and support, and I worked closely with each individual rep to help them reach their full potential.

In Q2 2022, all of the reps who were reporting to me achieved 100%+ of their target, which was a major accomplishment for the team. I was proud of their hard work and dedication, and I knew that our success was a result of our team's collective efforts. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience to lead the Inside Sales team at Force24 and help them achieve such great results.

Inside Sales Manager

•	Heading up the Inside Sales team at Force24

As a young business student, I was always looking for opportunities to gain real-world experience and develop my skills. So when I got the opportunity to work with a senior figure in the US gambling and eSports industry in Las Vegas, I jumped at the chance.

During my time in Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that helped me develop my business skills. I was responsible for organizing and evaluating business plans for businesses seeking investments, and I also compiled synopsis' of these businesses to send to potential investors.

In addition to learning about the US gaming, gambling, and eSports industry, I also had the chance to develop my skills in networking, multitasking, time management, task prioritization, diary management, report compilation, and written and verbal communication. It was a busy and challenging experience, but I was able to learn so much and grow as a professional.

Overall, my work experience and internship in Las Vegas was an invaluable opportunity for me to gain practical experience and develop my skills in the business world. I am grateful for the chance to have worked with such a knowledgeable and experienced mentor, and I will always remember my time in Las Vegas as a key moment in my professional journey.
