As one of the co-founders of CostaEsmeraldaGuests.com, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the platform into the leading vacation rental site in Costa Esmeralda. I built the website from scratch, ensuring it's super easy for everyone to use.

Our mission was to connect owners of the most exclusive houses on the Argentinean Coast with guests looking for premium vacations. And guess what? We nailed it. Costa Esmeralda Guests is now the go-to place for the best vacation rentals in the area.

I also made sure our website shows up first when you search for dream vacations in Costa Esmeralda. Plus, I managed paid ads on Google and Facebook to bring in qualified leads who were eager to engage with our exclusive service.

But it's not just about tech stuff. I also made sure the whole customer experience, from looking for a place to stay to actually staying there, is smooth and hassle-free. We wanted our guests to feel like kings and queens and our hosts to earn more money working with us.

B2B Sales Executive

After serving as CRO at BILDIA, a SaaS platform focused on digitizing the construction industry, we built a team of over 20 people and secured €1.5M in funding in just two years. Unfortunately, we had to close the operation, but the experience provided me with invaluable lessons in leadership, strategic growth, and resilience.

I am now seeking my next professional challenge, where I can leverage my expertise in business development, team management, and scaling B2B projects.

Over the past 14 years, I have worked with diverse teams across Startups, Scaleups, and Multinationals in Europe and Latin America. I have gained experience across various industries, spending 7 years in multinationals and another 7 years in the startup ecosystem, focusing on optimizing sales processes, scaling businesses, and leading Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams.
