New Insights was an executive and team leadership consulting firm that emphasized courageous communication and risk-taking to foster team development.  New Insight's leadership coaching and management trainings served a broad range of industries from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.

Building on the lessons and experiences learned leading teams on the ropes course and biking, canoeing, and hiking trips, I began taking on corporate clients.  I worked as a coach, consultant, and trainer, emphasizing open and courageous communication and risk taking to foster team development.  My client list grew as word of mouth spread and my leadership coaching and management trainings served a broad range of industries from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. 

I developed and facilitated small and large leadership meetings and training sessions from two hours to five days long.  As an organizational advisor, I led workshops on time management, behavioral issues, and team coaching.

I was a team leadership consultant that emphasized courageous communication and risk-taking to foster team development.  My leadership coaching and management trainings served a broad range of industries from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.

I began my work in Experiential Learning, Team Building, and Executive Coaching leading teams on a ropes course.  Working with people individually and as a group, I led them on biking, canoeing, and hiking trips in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  I helped them find new strengths, face their challenges, and make those necessary changes to that will allow them to be leaders.
