My entire career I built on this one thing

And it wasn't about aiming for more.

It was the courage to keep going.

I've had many points in my career where I felt like I couldn't carry further 

• clients that walked away
• moments of zero clarity 
• projects that drained me
• losses that didn't make sense
• opportunities that scared me

And it taught me this:

while building anything worth building, you'll have uncertain times

you'll question yourself a lot

you might hit a wall more often than you'd be okay with (i know i did)

you could lose a sense of where you're going at so many points along the way 

But each time this happens, you have to will yourself to get up again

To keep trying
To keep learning
To keep growing

Because success isn't the absence of setbacks. 

It's also a measure of the trials and errors that came with it.


The courage to face it all has helped me navigate the difficult seasons, the times when I thought I was done

This same courage is what helps me get up
time and again to surprise myself with what's still possible.
