From an early age, I’ve been driven to build and scale businesses that solve complex problems. At 19, I raised £130K in private funding to flip residential properties in the UK.

At 21, I acquired BlueGee, a struggling chemical manufacturing company, and transformed it into a profitable operation by streamlining its product range from 600 SKUs to just 80. This strategic pivot led to a 156% profit increase in our first year, culminating in a successful acquisition by our distributor, EP Barrus, two years later.

After exiting BlueGee, I ventured into the outsourcing space, founding SourceMee, a BPO in the Philippines, scaling to ~50 employees. While the venture ultimately faced challenges, it highlighted a significant gap in talent acquisition. This inspired me to create IntenJobs, an AI-powered talent marketplace for BPO, call centre, and virtual assistant roles, now serving ~25,000 users.

As IntenJobs gained traction, we began attracting companies seeking broader outsourcing solutions. Recognising this demand, we launched OS Team, a brand dedicated to delivering high-quality contact centre and software development services. OS Team combines the best talent with innovative processes to help businesses scale efficiently.

In late 2024, we identified a critical gap in the Voice AI industry: existing speech datasets, unlike abundant text data, were actually hindering the development of Machine Learning (ML) products. Today, at DATAI, we enable speech model development by fueling training with high-fidelity, human-in-the-loop datasets for ML teams building speech models from the ground up.

Over the years, I’ve also explored PropTech with Buildbackers, advised SMEs across solar, healthcare, tech, and property sectors, and embraced a global lifestyle, living in the Philippines, Texas, California, and Colombia, which taught me much about people and cultures.
