I'm Julien Paredes, a seasoned Blockchain & Metaverse Consultant and Strategic Advisor, deeply immersed in the digital transformation of today's business landscape. Before diving into the digital realm, I dedicated over a decade to empowering civil societies through NGOs, touching on education, governance, agriculture, healthcare, and the economy. My advocacy extended to the halls of the EU Parliament and the French Assembly, where I lobbied for citizen-centric policies.

As an entrepreneur, I co-founded a start-up that revolutionized fundraising for NGOs by harnessing the power of video games & eSports, leading to significant partnerships with industry giants like RIOT Games.

Since 2013, my blockchain odyssey has seen me don multiple hats as a Project Manager, Advisor, and Consultant, honing a robust understanding of blockchain mechanics and adoption strategies.

I have an incredibly varied and fast paced role here at Sonder. My biggest client so far have been Pentland Brands Canterbury and Berghaus where I was responsible for content creation, campaign development and social media management.

Within 3 months, I doubled Canterbury's engagement rate and more than tripled the reach (organically). I increased sales from social by 500%. Boosted and heavily targeted social posts were used around campaigns. I assisted on shoots, captured behind-the-scenes footage of famous figures and created innovative and engaging content plans/ideas to improve awareness and sales.

I launched the Berghaus' new 'Time To Get Out' brand campaign and was involved with influencer campaigns for Canterbury (featuring Jason Fox). I also assisted the Speedo (340k following) and Kickers UK Social Media Channels. I brought Berghaus' presence to life at the Kendal Mountain Festival, capturing the best moments of the weekend and using on social AND the website. Whilst working with Pentland, my colleague and I were involved in brand and digital meetings, ensuring all aspects of digital were closely linked.

I am experienced in journalism and interviewing key figures at Press Conferences, photography at campaign shoots and recipe demonstrating at food demo shows. Interviewing Damon Hill at the 2018 MotoGP for Triumph Motorcycles was a highlight of my time here.
