Opened up Primark for my colleagues of the Paper Division, which became a 50M paper bag business.

My job was to help the Group R&D Director to build his team with scientists and technical experts throughout the Group. Once done I managed key projects of technology transfer & roll out from companies acquired throughout the entire Group. Extensive training in change management and culture change to overcome local boundaries.
