Out of 11 customers I grew 8 of them, lost 1 to a tender (850K account) and retained the last 2 despite poor performance from the supplying factory. Opened up Primark for my colleagues of the Paper Division, which became a 50M paper bag business.

UK Division - National Sales Manager

My job was to help the Group R&D Director to build his team with scientists and technical experts throughout the Group. Once done I managed key projects of technology transfer & roll out from companies acquired throughout the entire Group. Extensive training in change management and culture change to overcome local boundaries.

Commercial Manager - Central R&D Team

Implemented a customer survey across 3 divisions, 10 countries and 125 clients. Initially 1 of 4 project managers, “promoted” to manage the other 3.
