I lead with a wellbeing mindset by practicing my favorite habit of the Seven: Sharpen the Saw. When I keep mine sharp, I show others how to work smart by keeping theirs sharp, too. 

I started in exercise science and learned to assess, program, implement, and repeat for individuals. Now, I do it for organizations that want to improve healthcare costs, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
