A globally recognised cyber threat intelligence and cyber resilience professional with 20 years experience across military, government and industry that I have brought on to my entrepreneurial journey, through my own startups and supporting other founders as the develop their business vision in the CyberTech, GreenTech and HealthTech space.

I transitioned from employee to entrepreneur in 2019, co-founding Wembley Partners, scaling to 7-figures in revenue over two years before successfully exiting & co-founding ORNA Inc., raising over $2M and becoming both Canadian Startup of the Year and Canadian CyberTech Product of the Year. In my founder role, I have continued to drive business innovation through the support of an ever growing network and leading ORNA through the BetaDen, PLEXAL Growth Runway & more recently with The Unicorn Factory accelerators.

More recently I have given time to new founders through 'fractional executive' roles, advising and mentoring to shape their journey's, taking some of the burden and highlighting areas of risk that they can then avoid and move forward with less startup friction.

Understanding the importance of knowledge sharing and collaboration, I am heavily involved in the Gloucestershire technology startup ecosystem as a GrowthHub mentor.
