Crisis Management Specialist - Financial Crimes Unit

Specializing in threat intelligence based incident response, ensured that the discovered intelligence by BMO Intelligence Experts was delivered to key stakeholders, and actioned appropriately.

As a technology and incident management subject matter expert, quickly developed processes and procedures to help defend the enterprise from cyber crime, and enable cyber defenders in all engagements.

As an internal SME, acted as Information Security and Intelligence Liaison to the technology & operations group, as well as business units such as product operations. Ensuring threats and risk were communicated to the correct stakeholders for action.

Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist

Acted as facilitator and incident manager for the most critical technology and business outages for BMO Financial Group globally.  With a unique mandate of using all resources available to ensure impacts were minimized and service restored.

Responsible for post-incident follow up for all critical incidents including postmortem activities and ensuring root cause was determined, incident trigger and cause were identified and that any gaps were turned into opportunities across people, process and technologies.
