»	I successfully developed a web ERP system for SME clients and cable operators. I created a cloud based planned maintenance system and gained extensive experience in design, development, sales, and management of web-based ERP applications.

In my current role, I orchestrate a variety of technical initiatives and business transformation projects encompassing all group companies. I continually track and analyse system performance to identify areas for improvement such as the ongoing upgrading of ERP systems including a large-scale migration to SAP. I lead cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment including coaching and performance evaluation. I manage projects throughout the end-to-end lifecycle with oversight for planning, scoping, analysis, delivery, testing, and support. Some of my core contributions to date include the following:

 »	Spearheaded the overhaul and digitalisation of invoicing systems and processes in a high-volume (700 invoices per day) environment increasing processing speed by 3-5x while reducing average processing time from 1 hour to between 10 and 15 minutes.
 »	Successfully implemented an outsourced wage system across a portfolio of 10 subsidiaries in the Balkan region providing strategic oversight for the end-to-end project lifecycle. 
 »	Liaised with senior leaders to provide support and guidance during M&A activity while managing the highly complex post acquisition integration process across a variety of systems (Finance, HR, etc.).
 »	Managed the transition from legacy systems to a new SAP for Hana and Fiori ERP solution including the definition of user roles and workflows.
