During my time in this role at any one time I was looking after at least 3 Executives. I had exposure to a variety of teams and roles including: CFO, GM HR, Company Secretary, GM Corporate Services, GM Business Transformation. I loved the variety and really enjoyed not only working with my executives but alongside their teams as well. My job had many components to it and I was happy to take on new tasks as the business needed. Some of these included:

I really enjoyed my time on reception. It gave me chance to meet everyone who worked in the office and build some great relationships. The majority of my work on reception was general administration along with answering calls and greeting visitors. During my time I was also lucky enough to be involved a project rolling out a new Health and Safety system to all of the retirement village receptions. I was fortunate enough to go to 25 of the 27 villages and train up the receptionist and then be the go to person for trouble shooting during the full roll out.
