- Meticulously defined and documented sales processes and lead flows, laying the groundwork for ongoing process optimization.

- Managed the integration of products into Salesforce sandbox environments, ensuring seamless transitions to production.

• Rebuilt team and tech stack to effectively receive and respond to Sysco's 2000+ inbound daily leads, increasing
interactions and viable sales opportunities. Increased response time to new customer inquiries by over 500% resulting
in a 40% increase in new closed business.
• Influenced product development, implementation, and marketing through strategic analysis and supplying informed
recommendations based on market data.
We research, test, roll-out, document, and train each solution ensuring adoption and proper utilization by the team it's meant for. We then monitor and support all critical systems to keep the sales pipe flowing at it's required optimal pace. We determine and execute all helpful integrations using available open APIs and Salesforce plugins to maintain an optimized Sales Stack. 

We are responsible for all new hire on boarding, off boarding, and transfers ensuring a relatively short ramp period for all sales positions.

My team is responsible for monitoring and documenting all established processes/systems clearly while displaying their required role and purpose in the sales Org.

Strategic Scalability Lead

I oversaw an Operations Team that focused on getting all new and existing restaurant operators using Leapset products to their full operational potential within set SLA timeframes. Involved in all duties pertaining to the on-boarding process, from operator training to full adoption of the products. 


I helped develop and transition the company from a virtual training system to a complete onsite launch program required by our parent company Sysco Foods. I assisted in the development of Salesforce processes to help track progress, SLA metrics and expose delays in on-boarding process. I designed step by step on site training processes, I assisted in the creation of a customer "leave behind documents" including customer survey, user quick guide, and best practices. This position is allowed me to build and hone; Team building skills, scalable operations, customer satisfaction, product deployment and client retention.
